Online Facebook Live Fall session

Nurture yourself this fall 🍂 with a commitment to a regular yoga practice, from the comfort of your own home!

The fall online session begins on the equinox (September 22) with a bonus practice to begin the session and a 30 day yoga challenge that starts on the first day of Fall!

Making yoga part of your daily routine can be wonderfully transformative. The 30 day challenge is a lovely mix of the regular live classes plus bonus ones, short new videos, and favourites to share from the archives.

730 pm to 9 pm September 27th and October 4th

$18 each or $30 both

There are a few things to note about in person classes: registration is only confirmed when payment is received, refund/credit is only offered if your spot is replaced (or the class is cancelled), and masks are required except during the actual practice. Also, please bring your own mat, props, blanket 🙂
