Yoga Class Schedule

Group yoga classes that are gentle, uplifting and nurturing for the body and mind enjoyed by those of various ages and abilities, from the new to yoga to the more experienced.

Sessions are 10 weeks in length and are as follows: Fall Session, Winter Session, and Spring Session.  You can begin anytime!

Wednesday 4:45 pm to 6 pm – HATHA FLOW YOGA
Wednesday 6:15 pm to 6:45 pm – FREE MEDITATION
Wednesday 7 pm to 8:30 pm–RESTORATIVE YIN YOGA & SOUND
